Introducing the dishes to the public will be chef Laura Ravaioli.<\/p>\n<p>Announcing the show to Pagine Ebraiche was a member of the Jewish Community board Giorgia Cal\u00f2, who has been serving as councilor for culture for five months. Cal\u00f2 emphasized how the project represents a symbol of how the Jewish community should engage with the general public. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cCooperation must be the key word of our work. We can cooperate with universities, theaters, museums, individual institutions,\u201d Cal\u00f2 said. \u201cBeing open to an exchange, explaining who we are to the world represents both a need and a challenge.
