Webinar on EMS response

Following the horrible massacre on October 7th, the Israeli emergency medical services were forced to function in a new, extreme situation.

In cooperation with NASEMSO (the National Association of State EMS Officials) we invite you to join a webinar with a special presentation on the EMS (Emergency Medical Services) response in Israel from October 7th, 2023.

Mr. Chaim Rafalowski, Disaster Management and EU projects Coordinator for “Magen David Adom” Israel, the largest volunteer organization that provides ambulance, blood, and medical services,  will be the guest presenter for this special webinar.

Mr. Rafalowski will provide a brief overview of the Israeli situation, the response by Magen David Adom, and some preliminary lessons learned, to be followed by a brief question and answer session.
